Photographs and images of products provided on this Website and links are provided for representational indicative purposes only. They are to be used as a guide only as they may not be fully representative of the product described. Stock levels are for indicative purposes and should be used as a guide to the product’s availability only. CE shop will not be liable for any damages whether direct, indirect or consequential, resulting from any inaccuracies in the information provided on this Website or its links. ORDER: We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email and SMS notification. However, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. CE shop and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email/SMS confirming your payment. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. CE shop reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.
ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND In the event that an order is cancel by customer. The following term of conditions are applying:
PAYMENTS: CE SHOP currently accepts PayPal, PayMate, and Direct Deposit (Internet banking). Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays. We process credit card and PayPal; PayMate, payments after you click the "Submit" payment method at the check out summary. CE shop will issue a tax invoice by sending to your dominate email address as soon as we receive your payment. All prices are included GST and in Australian dollars. CE SHOP reserves the right to make adjustments to the information or pricing with or without notice due to typographical errors, market fluctuations, manufacturers price changes that may occur at any time.
DELIVERY:
In most cases, purchased items will be dispatched within one working day after payment confirmed cleared into our bank. Delivery can take up 1 to 5 working days for item to reach its destinations. Refer to freight cost/zone guide information page for further details. Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. CE Shop shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including incorrect shipping address provided by customers, loss of trade or profit and economic loss) incurring to the Customer in the event that delivery or supply of the goods or services ordered is frustrated or delayed by any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CE Shop. All parcels delivered must be signed for. We are unable to instruct couriers to leave parcels unattended. In view of our courier regulation, we do not ship to P.O BOX. Please provide a fix delivery address. In an event that your package is covered by transit insurance, CE SHOP shall be handled every aspects of the claims insurance towards 3rd party insurance provider. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY / SPECIFICATION / COLOUR CHOICES CE shop is not responsible for any network dependent features and firmware related issue. Examples on network dependent features are MMS / GPRS / WAP / SMS / Messaging / Voicemail Indicator / Data Transfer / Network Frequency as well as any other device operations that have interaction with their service providers. Customer is responsible for ensuring the product’s compatibility with their network operator / service provider and other IT hardware and electronics products purchased. CE shop has the right to make the final decision on whether a feature is considered network dependent or products compatibility issue. Firmware version and colour are shipped on a random basis unless prior arrangement is made by customer at the time of purchase. Once item is shipped, no exchange will be granted on firmware version and colour choice. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they select the correct model, colour, firmware on time of order.
CE shop will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the products that we sell. For safety handling and operation on the product, please consult the instruction manual that comes with the product or contact the manufacturer directly. Any product recalls by the manufacturer will not be handled through CE shop. Customer should contact the manufacturer directly for any related questions or enquiries. CE shop has no obligation to provide technical support on products we sell; however we endeavour to provide answers to all technical questions to the best of our knowledge.
